Our family has over 150 years of experience in the food service industry. Our company has a combined 75 years of experience which includes three Culinary and Hospitality degrees. We are Western New York born and raised but have traveled and worked across the country (Atlanta, Miami, Metro DC, Maryland, and Missouri) honing our skills not only to bring you your "hometown favorites" but new and exciting flavors from around the country and the world.
James has a BS degree in Hospitality Management from FIU one of the country’s top rated Restaurant Schools, he has lived and worked in Atlanta, Miami, Metro DC, Maryland, and Missouri. He has 45 years’ experience in the food service industry and is also Serve Safe certificated.
Christian has two degrees from NCCC in Culinary Arts with over 20 years’ experience including: the Hard Rock Café, Aramark/Sodexo Food Service Management and Le Metro Café. He is also Serve Safe certificated.
Ian has 10 years’ experience including: Texas Road House, NFCI Bakery, and the Buffalo Club as Assistant Banquet Chef. He has an associates degree in Culinary Arts from the NFCI Culinary Institute.
We have enclosed our base menus which gives you an idea what we "bring to the table". We at JCI Catering feel strongly that the written menu is a starting point to meet all our clients’ needs. We work with our clients to create a menu based on their requirements that will exceed their expectations. Our Brunch, Kosher and Deli menus are available upon request.
In order to give the client the best price and service available, JCI Catering works with the client to meet their budgetary needs as well as taking market factors into consideration.
